Infra #2 Systems and Rolling Stock Pre-Qualification
NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. has launched the pre-qualification process for the Infra #2 works of the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Metro, marking the programme's transition from major civil infrastructure procurement toward the systems required to operate the future metro network.
The Infra #2 procurement has an overall estimated value of approximately NIS 30 billion (around USD 10 billion) and will select companies capable of delivering the metro's rolling stock and major railway and station systems.

Track
Power and electrification
Electromechanical systems
Underground station systems and finishes
Rail systems
Depots
Systems integration
Operations and maintenance requirements
Project Overview
The Tel Aviv Metropolitan Metro is a major new rapid-transit programme being developed by NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System Ltd. to provide high-capacity connections between Tel Aviv and surrounding municipalities across central Israel.
The network comprises the M1, M2 and M3 lines, creating approximately 150 km of underground metro infrastructure with 109 stations and four depot complexes. The system is intended to complement the existing and planned light rail and heavy rail networks and significantly increase public transport capacity across the metropolitan region.
