The Abu Dhabi Civil & MEP Construction Package forms a major component of the Etihad Rail Abu Dhabi–Dubai High-Speed Rail programme, covering the delivery of high-speed railway infrastructure within the Abu Dhabi section of the corridor.

The package encompasses the design and construction of civil, structural and associated MEP infrastructure required to support the dedicated high-speed railway. The scope includes major railway structures and alignment works, together with tunnels and underground works, viaducts and elevated structures, at-grade sections, shafts, technical facilities, drainage, utilities and associated mechanical, electrical and public-health systems.
