The Dubai Construction Package forms the Dubai civil infrastructure component of the Abu Dhabi–Dubai High-Speed Rail programme, supporting the development of a dedicated high-speed railway connecting the two emirates.

The package comprises the design and construction of major railway civil infrastructure within Dubai, including tunnels, shafts, underground and at-grade sections, viaducts, associated structures, technical buildings and interfaces with stations and rail systems. The works are being developed to accommodate the future high-speed railway and its associated track, electrification, signalling, telecommunications, power, ventilation, safety and operational systems.
