You will lead Engineering Management on our major Rail & Transit projects alongside having the opportunity to support other markets including Strategic and Regional Highways and Local Transport. You’ll collaborate on projects across all stages of the project lifecycle and support our clients, which include Network Rail, Transport for London, Design & Build Contractors and many others. With such size, scope and scale, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to keep yourself challenged.

Your Role
  • Technical Leadership of Major Projects and Programmes in Transportation.
  • Leadership, supervision and preparation of engineering design packages for all types of rail and light rail engineering projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Managing of the Engineering Budget and Programme to ensure on time and on budget delivery.
  • Undertaking the role of Contractor’s’Engineering Manager (CEM) on a range of projects.
  • Leadership of CSM/CDM requirements.
  • Creating a cohesive design team including local, national & international resources.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects by co‑ordinating cross‑discipline interfaces.
  • Utilisation of systems thinking and systems engineering approaches to delivery assurance.
  • Building and maintaining close working relationships with our clients.
  • Preparation of pre‑qualification responses, proposals and tenders.
  • Growing the Engineering Management workbank and seeking new opportunities.
