Your Role

• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates for rail and civil projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy of evaluations
• Perform quantity take‑offs from plans and BIM models
• Develop unit costs for labor, equipment, and materials
• Analyze historical data and conduct market benchmarking
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize bid strategies
• Actively contribute to the preparation of proposals for large‑scale projects

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of estimating experience in rail infrastructure and heavy civil construction
• Strong knowledge of railway systems and track construction methods
• In‑depth understanding of civil works and infrastructure construction practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical data
